Ex-California urges troubled girls under 12 to be their sex slaves

California News: Authorities say a former Southern California man persuaded troubled girls to have sex at age 12 and asked those 12-year-olds to become his sex slaves. On August 29, he pleaded guilty to these federal charges.

The US Attorney's office said in a statement that 31-year-old Matthew Christian Locher was charged because he had sex with girls.

According to U.S.News The plea agreement states that Locher has admitted that he became involved in online conversations targeting victim girls during his stay at Redondo Beach in 2020 and 2021.

The statement from the US Attorney's office said, "Locher prepared victim girls to engage in self-mutilation. And instructed starving girls who couldn't eat. When a girl didn't listen to them." So he instructs them to harm his own self. And he told that 2 such girls sent photos to Locher, in which they harmed themselves. Prosecutors allege that he threatened the third victim, 12, that he would kill her parents. Not doing all this, Locher set his house on fire.

Locher said that he would take the girl and take her to California and make her his slave. Attorney's Office said.

Locher's home was searched by officers after Locher went to Indiana. He was arrested in Indianapolis on January 10 this year and sent back to California.
Locher was jailed from 15 years to 30 years.
