A court in Pakistan's Islamabad on Thursday extended the bail of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan by two weeks to September 12 on terrorism charges. Imran Khan was produced in the court amid tight security.
Imran Khan's lawyer Faisal Choudhary told Judge Reuters about the allegations and said that "this is not a case of terrorism, all this is being done to him by the people of politics."
According to NDTV, Imran Khan has been arrested for threatening the Islamabad police chief and a female judge, which falls under the category of terror.
Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan says that he did not threaten anyone, his words are being taken in a wrong way. At present, Khan's bail has been extended till September 12.
